Accelerate website updates with these
image
submission tips
Below are some quick tips to speed up your webpage
update requests by using brand-approved Brand World images and
graphics when submitting your website requests
for iqvia.com.
·
When referencing Brand World
images in attached PPTs or other documents, please reference
the image name from Brand World in the format of number_name.
For example, 886_Businesswoman
giving a presentation. You can also include a
direct link from Brand World as a backup.
·
When submitting the form, please attach properly
formatted custom, brand-approved graphic files to the ticket.
We accept jpg and svg files.
·
Avoid embedding images in word documents, PPTs, or
PDFs as these cannot be extracted and formatted appropriately
for the web.
Did you know you can create and share image
collections in Brand world? This allows you to group images you
use most often and easily share them with stakeholders to help
make decisions on what photos to use. If you have questions on
Brand World or have a new image request, you can contact the Creative Services
team.

View all your marketing and event
requests in one place
The Marketer Request
Dashboard provides marketers with a centralized
platform to view and manage all Marketing Operations and
Event/Webinar requests efficiently. Users can access detailed
information regarding each request, communicate directly with
the Marketing Operations team, and upload relevant attachments.
Each Marketer view is personalized based on your
Smartsheet account. Occasionally, you may need to log in again
to ensure all your requests are properly loaded. A login button
is always available near the top of the page - see the
screenshot for reference.
The active and completed versions of the dashboard can be
accessed through the menu item on the Marketing
Operations Toolbox. Additional information is
available in the dashboard guide in the training section
of the toolbox.

after seeing it. It is expressed as a percentage and is
calculated by dividing the total number of clicks by total

A Net New Contact (NNC) refers to a new email
address in our database. This may indicate that the
individual was added to the Eloqua marketing automation
database for the first time. Or, it could be an updated
email for an existing contact in the database. In either

marketing activities such as email campaigns, lead
nurturing, and segmentation.
